At the end, the others see that Skipper is alive in the mouth of the fish and toss him a bottle of soda that had been shaken up earlier when Julien tried the submarine. Skipper's paranoia about Rhonda later proves correct when she is revealed to have stolen Kowalski's invention for Dr. During a fight with Joey for the privilege of destroying the skorca, Private pops the balloon and he flies away with it. Skipper then sends himself, Rico and Kowalski back to bed believing that they are having hallucinations. Note: This episode is a double length special. Fred goes back home and sees Antonio, a muscular, male otter, walking through the bushes. Once recovered, the little hatchling, a duck , makes his debut and is soon returned to his mother.
While he waits for his habitat to air out after the penguins accidentally bomb it with stinking fish, Leonard watches an all-night ninja movie marathon with the penguins. The Amarillo Kid returns to the zoo seeking help after losing his shell in a mini golf game to a pair of gophers, who are now after it. The penguins find Burt in a building. The team bind him and keep going with the operation but Rico who is still crazy kicks Kowalski into some sticky candy who's promptly picked up in the jaws of a grabber hand. The penguins figure out Mason and Phil tricked Julien, and they decide to trick Julien back into being his old self.
Later, Kowalski found that the baby fossa was on a worldwide zoo tour before returning to Madagascar. After jumping off, he is soon picked off the street by a woman named , who thinks he is a cat and brings him to her home. Though initially upset, Maurice soon sees the situation optimistically and wishes to throw a party in his and Mort's section. On the way back to the zoo, Skipper then suggests to Marlene, who is not turning feral, that the whole Littlefoot situation was a ruse to convince Marlene that she had the power to control herself all along. Skipper is victorious, but when Julien starts throwing fruit, Rico crashes into Fred, the mindless squirrel, who subsequently wins an acorn jackpot. Throughout Private's adventure, the other penguins repeatedly fail to gain access to see the King Crush monster truck, and accidentally blow it up in the process.
Hans successfully freezes the penguins as they attempt to free Ma, but Ma is then able to play on Hans' sympathies by playing possum on him and then grabbing his freeze ray to unfreeze the penguins. Fed up with them, they decide to trick Julien with a solar eclipse. When Julien learns from them that Private is not allowing them to have fun, he organizes a pool party for them, which several zoo animals attend. When the mission runs afoul, however, Skipper suddenly appears to save them inside the penguins' rocket, only for them all to soon be shot into the bubble when Julien, who is there alongside Maurice and Mort, presses a button. They send Private flying into the porcupine exhibit, body slam Kowalski, and put Skipper in a cast. Julien then tells them that he is now domesticated and wishes to remain with his love, but Private convinces Julien to return to the zoo lest Mort take over as king.
They need to work together to escape from Joey, and eventually do. The other penguins try to keep the scientist from getting suspicious. They land in Marlene's habitat and she congratulates them on their job well done. Oblivious to them, The Red Squirrel is plundering again, and captures Julien and Fred to make them confess about the whereabouts of all those acorns. Julien then spills Inflatium on himself, and Skipper rides him through the street.
The penguins escape into the sewer, but Officer X's high-tech van allows him to break into the sewer and chase after them. Although he first panics, Skipper soon accepts his femininity, but later resigns from the team when his feminine behavior causes difficulty performing typical commando functions with the others. Accidentally bounced out of the zoo from his bounce house, Julien is carried away by a bus he lands on top of. But rather than having blown apart, a normal-size Skipper emerges from within his burst outer body. He then mistakes the rainbow following the rainstorm caused by the lightning as a sign and returns to normal.
After first running, the others decide to try to capture Skipper and perform painful tests on him to reverse the zombie state. Impressed by his passion, Skipper lets Private lead the operation. The penguins hope the terrible fish cakes are just a one-time thing but the next day they get more. He tried to eat the baby fossa, but in the park, Julien stated if he was to eat it, he would have to eat him first. As he is about to eat one he feels a rush of guilt for letting down his friends and goes after them. The baboons begin to pamper him, which makes Julien jealous. Kowalski warns the furnace will explode without the cooling line.
One by one, the animals disappear, leaving only Kowalski to rescue them all. Meanwhile, the others are subjected to Julien's antics, including having fruit tossed at them and being compelled to bake him cakes. Julien is depressed when he finds out what happened. However, this backfires, with Lulu thinking Mason likes her. In successive rematches, Julien continues winning until he has all of the penguins' possessions. Special guest star: as Kuchikukan. They're forced to use the lemurs are replacements.
Private scares him, but they soon end up hugging. After improving, the penguins replay the rats, and start out with the upper hand, but the rats start to play rough. Mort finds himself waking up, touching the feet twice, but screams and wakes up Julien on the second time and is banished. The penguins quickly locate Mort and the dog, with Mort in no danger and playing with the dog, Elmer, instead. Mort goes back for the mango and the gorillas tell him to beat them up for it, so he does.
